By using the 1001Shaab platform, you agree to these terms. Please read this page before registering, booking, or listing a property.

1. User accounts

Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for securing your account and for activity performed through it. Using another person's account or providing false information is prohibited.

2. Bookings and payments

Prices, dates, and conditions for each property are set by the owner. After a booking is confirmed, amounts are calculated according to platform rules and payment status. Cancellation or changes follow the policies shown at the time of booking.

3. Property listings

Owners must provide accurate, current property information that complies with applicable law. Misleading, illegal, or rights-infringing listings may be removed.

4. User conduct

Users must interact respectfully, honestly, and in compliance with the law—with each other and with support staff. Abuse, harassment, fraud, or rule violations may result in suspension or account removal.

5. Liability

1001Shaab connects guests, owners, and consultants. Physical property condition, party behavior, and events outside platform control are not direct platform liability within legal limits; we nevertheless work to resolve disputes fairly.

6. Privacy

Personal data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you also agree to that policy.
